From first telephone enquiry, to dropping off & then collecting my daughters bike, the guys were very friendly & helpful. Will definitely be using #TheCycleStudioRedditch in future for all of our bikes. From: Ian Picked up my new roadbike this week. Great guys in there who are real cyclists. Good basic bike fit on pick up including cleats on my shoes. So far a happy bunny From: Scott Dropped my bike in for some tlc. New cassette, chainring, chain, cables & general tune-up. Cracking workmanship & decent price. Rides like it's brand new. Highly recommended

Name - Chris via email Message - Hi Guys this is an email to say thanks for a great service.you set up the tubeless tires on my trek and tuned the gears and shocks before i went to bike park wales for the weekend.I had an epic time it was a whole other level of riding!!The blue trails were awesome,fast and long and the reds were challenging! Havent dropped a chain yet so the narrow wide ring you suggested works a treat. Im planning to go again in July,i will probably come in to get my brakes bled professionally before hand as i have sneaky suspicion i did a poor job myself!.Thanks again,Chris

If like me you carry injuries or post surgery biomechanical issues this Bikefit is essential. Exceeded my expectations!! Can not recommend it highly enough!! Thank you From: John I had a Guru bike fit at the Cycle Studio Stratford and it was brilliant - surpassed all expectations. Gary and Matt clearly know their stuff inside out and were very thorough fitting my bike to just the right position.Pedalling home was amazing - like riding on air! From:Paul I bought probably the cheapest bike in the shop, on the cyclescheme! That didn't stop Gary and the guys making a huge effort to treat me as a valued customer! A full bike fit in an unhurried environment with plenty of advice and honesty about what could be improved in the future. You really couldn't ask for more and I'll exclusively by my road bikes from there from now on.Massive thanks guys. |
